It improves coordination while building strength. Weighs 9 oz. Made in the USA. The Pro Plus comes with a removable top cap, which allows the insertion of the optional speed meter. When attached to the Pro Plus, the speed meter gives the user the option to have 3 separate working programs through the digital functions: measures the user's current speed, user's highest rpms, and maximum revolutions of the gyro.
